Created by Mike Goodwin, Modified on Wed, 11 Feb at 2:42 AM by Alsabana Sahubarali

Objective

The purpose of this article is to provide information to Outreach Admins who wish to import 3rd party recordings into Kaia. This allows for the automatic importing of recordings made by select 3rd party telephony services.

Applies To

  • Outreach Admin

Before You Begin

  • Requires active integrations with one or more of the following providers:
    • Nooks
    • Orum
      • Note: Orum is not yet available during this beta
  • Full Kaia functionality depends on user licensing

Procedure

If an organization is using one of our supported telephony integrations and the call recordings are being written into Outreach using the integration, Outreach will automatically import these call recordings into Kaia.

Once imported, the call recording link shown in the Outreach call will be replaced with a new Kaia link. These Kaia recordings will have all the features you have come to rely on Kaia for based on your licensing.

Note: Importing is not instantaneous and may take more than 8 hours.

  1. Access the Outreach Platform.
  2. Go to Administration.
  3. Click Tools.
  4. Click Kaia.
  5. Toggle on the setting for Kaia call recording import from 3rd parties.
  6. Click Save.
