Configure Kaia Recording CRM Object

Objective

As an Admin, set up the Kaia Recording CRM object. The Kaia Recording object allows syncing of data for all Kaia recordings to CRM.

Applies To

  • Outreach Admin

Before you begin

  • Requires Meet license (or equivalent) for meetings
  • Requires Outreach Voice with Kaia (Meet, Engage, or equivalent) for calls
  • Requires CRM sync
  • Requires a CRM admin to create a custom object in CRM

Procedure

  1. Log in to Outreach as an Admin.
  2. Click Administration.
  3. Click IntegrationsCRM.
  4. Under Set Object Mapping click Add Mapping.
  5. Select Kaia Recording.

The following fields are supported.

Field Name Description

Summary 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The AI generated summary for Kaia recordings. The recording must be at least 1 minute long
Recording URL The link to Kaia recording

Primary Account

 

The primary account that is associated with the recording
Primary Opportunity

The primary opportunity that is associated with the recording

 

Owner

 

The owner of the meeting, or the user who made/received the call

Duration

 

The duration in hours, minutes, and seconds. Example: 1h42m56s

Format

 

The format of the recording. Can be either call or meeting

 

Note: If you would like to link these recordings to the associated Call or Event object, you will need to configure the `Kaia Recording CRM Object` field on each object
