Objective
As an Admin, set up the Kaia Recording CRM object. The Kaia Recording object allows syncing of data for all Kaia recordings to CRM.
Applies To
- Outreach Admin
Before you begin
- Requires Meet license (or equivalent) for meetings
- Requires Outreach Voice with Kaia (Meet, Engage, or equivalent) for calls
- Requires CRM sync
- Requires a CRM admin to create a custom object in CRM
Procedure
- Log in to Outreach as an Admin.
- Click Administration.
- Click Integrations > CRM.
- Under Set Object Mapping click Add Mapping.
- Select Kaia Recording.
The following fields are supported.

Summary
|
The AI generated summary for Kaia recordings. The recording must be at least 1 minute long |
| Recording URL | The link to Kaia recording |
|
Primary Account
|
The primary account that is associated with the recording |
| Primary Opportunity |
The primary opportunity that is associated with the recording
|
|
Owner
|
The owner of the meeting, or the user who made/received the call |
|
Duration
|
The duration in hours, minutes, and seconds. Example: 1h42m56s |
|
Format
|
The format of the recording. Can be either call or meeting |
Note: If you would like to link these recordings to the associated Call or Event object, you will need to configure the `Kaia Recording CRM Object` field on each object
