How To Download an Outreach Kaia Recording

Objective

Learn how to download an Outreach Kaia meeting recording (.mp4 video file) and transcript (.txt file) as an Outreach Kaia User.

If the download icon is not visible, ask one of your Outreach Admins to give permission for users to download Kaia Recordings.
The Outreach Kaia recording video (.mp4) file and call transcript (.txt) files are compressed together and delivered in .zip file format.
Users are able to download one meeting recording at a time (bulk download is not available).

Access the Outreach Platform.
In the navigation sidebar, click Activity > Kaia.
On the resulting Kaia recordings tab, search, sort, and filter as needed to find the applicable meeting recording.
In the list, click the recording to access it.
To the upper right of the viewing window, click the download (down arrow) icon.
Check your email for a message sent to you containing the link to download the .zip file.
