How to use the Kaia Topics Report

Objective

The purpose of this article is to provide information to Outreach Users regarding the Kaia Topics Report. 

Applies To

  • Outreach Users

Before you begin

  • Users must have a Meet or equivalent license type to access this report
  • This report is updated once every 24 hours

Overview

The Kaia Topics report allows Managers to see trends and take meaningful actions on Topic related data. This Includes standard topics, custom topics, and sales methodology topics.

There are 3 main sections of the report:

  1. Topics discussed
  2. Topic by stage
  3. Reactions

Topics discussed

Topics discussed allows you to see the top topics being discussed as well as the top topics not being discussed. 

 

Topic stages

Topic stages allow you to select a topic and see at which stages of an opportunity is that topic mentioned

 

Reactions

Reactions allow you to see how people react, positively or negatively, when a topic is being discussed

 

Filters and available actions

  1. Information icon shows the last time the report was updated. Note that this report is updated once per 24 hours.
  2. The date filter allows you to select a date range for the report. 
  3. The inverted pyramid icon allows you to filter the entire report by the following criteria:
    1. Team
    2. Users
    3. Topic
      1. Topics are broken down into the following sub categories: All, General, Methodology, Custom
    4. Account
    5. Opportunity
    6. Opportunity stage
    7. Meeting type
    8. Meeting format
    9. Duration
  4. Clicking “Topics discussed” allows you to change the report to “Topics not discussed”
  5. Clicking the bar for a topic allows you to drill into data for that topic including specific user behavior, trends with behavior, and a list of recordings where that topic was discussed by either clicking on a user name, or clicking on “View all recordings” to see recordings for all users
