How To Initiate a Live Call Analysis with Outreach Kaia

Purpose:

The purpose of this article is to provide direction to Outreach Users in applying Live Call Analytics with Outreach Kaia.

Intended Audience:

  • Outreach Users

How to Manage Outreach Kaia Call Analytics:

  1. Begin a call with Outreach Kaia. For more information regarding Outreach Kaia Meetings, refer to the Outreach Kaia Meetings Overview article
  2. In the Kaia live meeting assistant, use the menu button to navigate to Talk times.Screen_Shot_2022-08-17_at_8.40.45_AM.pngThe top section are current User stats (i.e. The current viewer of the Outreach Kaia window). Including:
    • The % of time the user has talked in the call.
    • The User's longest monologue.
    • Pause length, which is the amount of time between when another speaker stops talking and the User begins talking.
    • The number of questions the User has asked.img_02.jpg
  3. Next, you will see the percentage of talk time for the participants who have spoken the most.img_03.jpg
  4. Last you will see the percentage talk time for the remainder of the participants. This information can be used as a reminder to engage with participants who have not been speaking.img_04.jpg
  5. If you want to close the Live Call Analysis, simply click the menu button again and click the same view option to close it.
